Are we really locked in the room?
No, the door you enter through will remain unlocked.
Can I bring my belongings? Phone/purse/ jacket/etc?
Yes, you can bring it all right into the room with you.
Is everything in the room a piece of the puzzle?
No, there will be objects in the room that are just for show and actually have nothing to do with getting out.
If we have a small group, will we be placed with other people?
There is a good chance that if you don’t book with at least 5 people, you may be placed with others.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require all cancelations be made 48 hours prior to your reservation. In the event something comes up inside 48 hours we offer a one time courtesy reschedule. No refunds will be given inside 48 hours.
What if we can’t figure something out or get hung up on a puzzle?
We give you three clues throughout the game, and sometimes a nudge.
How do you ask for your clues?
We can communicate over the intercom at any point during the game. There are also surveillance cameras in the room so we know exactly what you are having trouble with.
Do I need to make a reservation?
We operate by appointment only.
Is this location handicapped accessible?
We have two locations, our Syracuse NY is handicapped accessible while our Rochester NY location is unfortunately not.
