Q: Are we really locked in the room?
A: No, the door you enter through will remain unlocked.
Q: What if we can’t figure something out or get hung up on a puzzle?
A: You are allowed three clues at any point during the 60 minutes.
Q: Can I bring my belongings? Phone/purse/ jacket/etc?
A: Yes, you can bring it all right into the room with you.
Q: How do you ask for your clues?
A: We can communicate over the intercom at any point during the game. There are also surveillance cameras in the room so we know exactly what you are having trouble with.
Q: Is everything in the room a piece of the puzzle?
A: No, there will be objects in the room that are just for show and actually have nothing to do with getting out.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
A: We operate by appointment only.
Q: If we have a small group, will we be placed with other people?
A: There is a good chance that if you don’t book with at least 5 people, you may be placed with others.
Q: Is this location handicapped accessible?
A: Unfortunately it is not.
